Yes. Our cancellation policies vary depending on the chosen rate and allow a refund up to 14 days before arrival, except for "non-refundable" offers. We also offer a 24-hour courtesy period after booking, regardless of the chosen offer. For any cancellation (even within the 24-hour period), a fixed processing fee of 35 € is deducted from the refunded amount. Check our T&Cs for full details.
No. The deposit is managed via our partner Tyllt. It is a simple bank imprint that is not debited and does not affect your payment limit. It is automatically cancelled a few days after your departure if no damage is found.
No. Currently, our 100% online booking system only allows us to process payments by credit card, e-wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and bank transfers via redirection.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM at the latest. This gives us time to perform a deep clean between stays.
We offer a self-check-in system (key box) to give you total flexibility from 4:00 PM. For the Villa, we still prefer a personal welcome whenever possible. Your unique personal access code will be sent to you at 10:00 AM on the day of your arrival via your check-in guide.
You have 24 hours after entering the premises to report any malfunction or cleanliness issue via messaging or phone, using the entry inventory in the welcome booklet to add your photos. We will intervene as soon as possible.
No. Parties, loud gatherings, and events involving people not included in the booking are strictly prohibited to preserve the peace of the neighborhood.
No. For hygiene reasons and to guarantee a hypoallergenic environment for all our guests, pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
A cleaning fee is included in your booking and covers deep cleaning and laundry. However, we ask you to leave the accommodation in a decent state (dishes washed and put away, trash taken out, glass bottles disposed of in the glass recycling bin).
