The website runzil.com (hereinafter “the Site”) aims to present the seasonal accommodations offered by Didier Azibert / Runzil and to allow users to make online reservations.
Access to and use of the Site imply full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms of Use (GTU). Any user who does not wish to adhere to these GTU must refrain from using our services.

The Publisher implements all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Site. However, this is an obligation of means and not of result.
Access to the Site may be temporarily suspended or modified without notice, notably for maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure (network failure, cyberattack, failure of the Hostex or Cloudflare infrastructure). The Publisher shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the unavailability of the Site.

These General Terms of Use are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTU, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For disputes concerning the Publisher’s commercial activity, the competent court shall be that of the Publisher’s registered office (La Réunion).
